Global Rail Services Ltd is part of the Global Infrastructure Group and is a leading Irish provider of design, construct and commission services for clients across a wide range of engineering and infrastructure sectors including mainline railway systems, light rail and utilities. General contracting and building work, including private housing developments, commercial and industrial building, is also offered by GRSL – as a separate division.

The company is a principal framework contractor across a number of disciplines, which include civil and structural engineering incorporating maintenance and renewal, building, mechanical, electrical and power, permanent way, telecoms and train on-board support services and provides a full test and commission service, for both Irish mainline and light rail applications.

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding commercial team based in Dublin, Ireland.

Roles & Responsibilities will include the following:

• Contract commercial administration
• Valuations, variations and cost value reporting
• Subcontract & supplier enquiries and orders
• Assisting with tender process
• Integral part of commercial and project team
• Hybrid working

Applicants should have the following: 

• 3rd Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar role
• A minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Buildsoft Experience would be an advantage
