Recognised with Prestigious All Ireland Occupational Safety Awards
Global Rail Services is proud to announce that we have been recognised at the prestigious All Ireland Occupational Safety Awards, receiving both a Distinction Award and the Consistent High Achiever Award.
The Distinction Award is presented to organisations that can demonstrate a proactive health and safety management system, strong leadership, continual improvement, and superior safety performance.
In addition, the Consistent High Achiever Award recognises organisations that have maintained exceptional standards over a continuous five-year period, achieving a minimum of Distinction level each year. This achievement reflects sustained commitment and consistency in delivering the highest levels of safety management across our business.
Organised by the National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) and the Northern Ireland Safety Group (NISG), the All Ireland Occupational Safety Awards are regarded as Ireland’s premier health and safety awards programme. Since their establishment in 1992, the awards have celebrated excellence in workplace safety, recognising organisations that demonstrate outstanding commitment to protecting their people and continually improving health and safety performance.
Safety remains at the heart of everything we do. Whether delivering rail infrastructure projects, supporting maintenance activities, or working alongside our clients and partners, we are committed to ensuring that every member of our team returns home safely every day.
MD, Stephen O’Brien commented on these awards:
“Safety remains at the heart of everything we do. Whether delivering rail infrastructure projects, supporting maintenance activities, or working alongside our clients and partners, we are committed to ensuring that every member of our team returns home safely every day.
“This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our employees, supply chain partners, and leadership team, who continuously champion a strong safety culture across all areas of our business. We would like to thank NISO and NISG for this recognition and congratulate all organisations recognised at this year’s awards.”
