Stephen is Managing Director and is responsible for the direction of GRA Networks Ireland on behalf of the shareholders.
He has three decades of delivery experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously held senior management positions at Morrison Telecom Services and Obelisk.
With an MBA and degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin and UCD respectively, Stephen is a professionally affiliated leader. He holds memberships of both the Irish Management Institute (MIMI) and the Institute of Engineers of Ireland (MIEI).
Marco is a Director of GRA Networks Ireland.
He has held senior level roles within his previous appointments and has over thirty five years’ experience within the railway industry, over twenty of which have been dedicated to the strategic development, successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the business.
He is also a railway signalling professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, project delivery, engineering, professional development and testing and commissioning specifically within mainline, metro and London Underground’s railway infrastructures.
Ray is Commercial Director for GRA Networks in Ireland. He is a construction industry professional with over twenty-years’ experience working in rail and the wider infrastructure industries.
He has expansive knowledge in both traditional and design & build projects, in sectors including utilities, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical and is responsible for the direction of all commercial functions at GRA Networks Ireland.
Francessca is a qualified accountant and is responsible for the overall financial management for GRA Networks Ireland.
Francessca has held senior roles within her previous appointments and has over ten years’ experience in accounting, audit and tax. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in Accounting.
Damien is an experienced Commercial Manager with over 15 years’ construction industry experience working for both public and private sector clients. He has been involved across a range of projects covering rail, telecommunications, education, residential, health, conservation and new build.
Damien has extensive knowledge of pre and post contract duties covering cost estimating, benchmarking, value engineering, allocation of risk, project tendering, tender reports, contract administration, claims assessment, dispute resolution, negotiations and final account settlements, having carried out these roles on wide variety of projects.
