Our history

Building on an already extensive knowledge of the UK and Irish infrastructure markets, Global Rail Australia Pty Ltd was formed in 2011, beginning its successful journey into the Australian infrastructure market.

Formed to supply a more comprehensive and effective delivery model to both the Australian railway sector and also the wider infrastructure sector including utilities and commercial and industrial construction, since its inception, Global Rail Australia has secured significant packages of work based on our expertise, across various disciplines, by providing flexible management and skilled resources on a project-by-project basis.

As a result, we have successfully completed various projects
for a variety of clients and now work extensively as a supplier on various high profile projects in partnership with some
of the most respected names in Australian infrastructure.

Areas of operation now include rail and transportation, multi-utilities, commercial and industrial construction, engineering and
also the highways sector.

Over the years Global Rail Australia has grown into a partner of choice in the rail and wider infrastructure markets and is seen as an innovative business that invests in both its technology and its people.

It is these lasting relationships and the diverse multi disciplinary offering of Global Rail Australia, across the core disciplines of civil and structural engineering, building and construction and mechanical and electrical services that continue to underpin the company’s growth.
